Beginning Tumbling (60 minutes)
Boys and Girls
Beginning tumbling is for ages 6 and older and teaches the fundamentals of tumbling. Class time will be spent stretching, conditioning to strengthen muscles and mastering basic tumbling skills. The Cheer Tumbling class will work to develop specific skills needed to be a cheerleading. Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 participants.
Intermediate Tumbling (90 minutes)
Boys and Girls
Intermediate tumbling is for ages 6 and older and designed for anyone who has mastered the fundamentals of the beginning tumbling class. Class time will be spent building more refined basics and adding more intermediate tumbling skills such as Round-offs and starting back handsprings. Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 participants.
Advanced Tumbling (90 minutes)
Boys and Girls
Advanced tumbling is for ages 7 and older and designed for anyone who has mastered the skills of the intermediate tumbling class. The focus is on developing back handsprings, backward connections and back tucks. Class ratio is 1 instructor to 8 participants.
Teen Tumbling Fitness (60 minutes)
Boys and Girls (12-17 years old)
A unique fitness experience for teens, ages 12 years and older. A fun way to develop and enhance an improved quality of life and develop flexibility, strength and coordination. No matter what your ability or skill level, this class will provide a safe learning environment where you will be encouraged to develop your level of fitness at your own pace.
